"Cleaning Out Your Pantry 101": A workshop and discussion
Did you know that artificial food coloring and additives have been medically proven to fuel hyperactivity, according to a September 2007 issue of The Lancet medical journal? Furthermore, the impact of these artificial colors, dyes, and additives affect the entire population, not just kids with hyperactivity disorders. Reactions include emotional outbursts, rage, and developmental challenges.
Food coloring can be found everywhere in the average child's diet: in juice boxes, in goldfish crackers, even in kid toothpaste!
